Red Square Flowers | State Street

Needed a time-sensitive bouquet for an important new relationship. In less than 15 minutes, Maya had walked me through their vast and gorgeous glassed-in cooler. She helped me isolate the varieties I was most drawn to. And talked me through my admittedly vague design notions based on what I knew of my new friend's personality. She executed the project beautifully. I left with an artfully modest, architectural bundle, with light-romance woven through it. Maya respected my time, my budget, my aesthetic, and the emotional tone of the moment. This little errand turned into a bona fide experience.

Man what a cute shop, the owner was so lovely and helpful, even though they close to closing up shop. Lovely plants. My Josey is doing well. Thanks again

I can't say less than zero stars, or I would. TWICE I've appeared at this shop on State Street after noon, the time it supposedly opens, and both times it was closed. I was ready to make purchases but you've permanently lost this customer. Bruce, Felly's and Klein, here I come!!

I ordered the seasonal flowers to be delivered. They were a nice bouquet when they arrived. The next day most had wilted and the rest only lasted a few days. I paid well over $100 with delivery and would have expected them to last at least a week. After sending two emails voicing my disappointment, I have yet to hear from anyone at the shop. If you are looking for good customer service, do not order from Red Square Flowers. I'm giving them 2 stars only because they delivered on time.
